Cove is a low-leg contemporary sofa with pillow-top seat cushions and a clean, uncomplicated silhouette, the kind of piece that reads as a sofa first and a guest solution second. At 94.5 inches wide, it takes up room, but it earns the footprint: open it up and you have a full American king underneath.

The mechanism is Hybrid Deluxe: one lift to open, and the frame does the rest. You set the loose back cushions aside first, then lift the front of the seat in a single motion while the mechanism auto-folds into position. No dragging a separate frame, no second person required. It's manual, not power, and the conversion happens in one step. The bed opens out from the wall, so you'll need 86.25 inches of clearance behind the sofa when it's extended.

The bed is 76 inches wide by 80 inches long, a true American king. The mattress is built in at 5 inches, a CertiPUR cold-cured high-density foam pad, and the unit is rated for daily sleeping use. The pillow-top seat cushions make the sofa comfortable to sit in; the seat height is 17.75 inches off the floor, which lands in the standard range.

Frame is solid spruce with mortise-and-tenon joinery and birch plywood, FSC-certified, made in the EU. Lead time is four to six weeks from order. Upholstery runs to over 100 fabric and leather options chosen through your dealer.

Cove King is the right fit when you want king-size sleeping in a conventional sofa profile with a one-step conversion. If the room is tighter and width matters, look at Elfin King: same 76-by-80 bed, but the sofa is only 80 inches wide. Choose Cove if you want the pillow-top seat and the traditional sofa proportion; choose Elfin if space is the constraint.
